The controller of your personal data is:
Data we collect
We limit collection to what is strictly necessary. Depending on your use of the site, we may process:

Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to your contact, access or demo requests. Legal basis: your consent and/or pre-contractual measures.
- Ensuring the proper operation and security of the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest.
Retention period
Data from the contact form is kept for 12 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended only for authorised staff of Pharos EURL. It may be processed by technical sub-processors (hosting, email tool) acting on our behalf and bound by confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Hosting and transfers
Data collected through this site is hosted within the European Union. In line with Kastel’s mission, we favour European providers and avoid transfers outside the EU. The host’s details appear in the legal notice.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
- Right of access and rectification.
- Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
- Right to restriction of and objection to processing.
- Right to data portability.
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time.
